After studying Strategic Communications at the University of Missouri-Columbia—renowned for its prestigious journalism program—Erika spent ten years at the helm of her own digital marketing firm, driving growth for clients across the fintech, real estate, and healthcare sectors.

Erika moved to New York City with a singular, ambitious goal: to transition from a broad consulting role into a dedicated specialization within an industry she felt passionate about: Aesthetics. Finding a home at Glowtox, she was instantly drawn to Nicole’s "natural-first" philosophy and the practice’s commitment to integrity-driven aesthetics.

Erika’s professional DNA is a unique blend of high-end hospitality, retail, and the grit of running her own brand. This background gives her a rare gift for relationship building; she understands that the patient journey is as much about the human connection as it is about the results.

A natural community builder, Erika previously led a thriving book club of over 450 women in Nashville and is currently focused on bringing book clubs, with that same vibrant energy and spirit of connection, to New York.

When she isn’t optimizing the patient experience at Glowtox, she is likely exploring the city alongside her favorite companion; her Golden Retriever-Bernese Mountain Dog mix, Bear.
